General terms and conditions of sale
- The Spa Hammam Bienestar Ancestral gift card is personal. It is possible to transfer the card if the Spa’s management is notified in advance.
- The validity period is 6 months, and it is extendable for another 12 months by paying 30% of the amount of the card and the difference between the amount of the treatment purchased according to its updated price.
- It is not possible to redeem the gift card for money, either partially or totally. However, it is allowed to refund the gift card amount to the person who made the purchase for a period of 30 days. The refund will be made on the same bank card with which the purchase was processed. Once the 30-day period has been exceeded and until the end of the validity of the card (6 months), the refund has a cost of 5% of the value of the gift card. The beneficiary of the gift card will not be able to make the return if he/she is not the buyer.
- To make an appointment and enjoy the gift card, it is recommended to contact the Spa reception during the business hours indicated on the website at least 7 days in advance. The appointment is subject to availability as the hammam sessions are 100% private.
- After exceeding 18 months from the purchase, the card loses its validity.
